Return/Exchange Policy

IMPORTANT: Please review the Return/Exchange Policy before placing an order.

Liesel’s will gladly accept returns for new, unused merchandise with all original tags attached purchased on www.liesels.com that are received back to our warehouse within 30 days from delivery date for a refund. Unfortunately, returns received after 30 days from delivery date cannot be accepted.

Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) online before the merchandise is mailed back to Liesel’s. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Please fill out the Return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Also, items marked “Close Out” or “Clearance” cannot be returned. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been worn, washed, stained, pet hair, smell of smoke or heavy perfume. (For health and safety reasons, a few products may not be returned or exchanged such as: All panties, thongs, chain mail, wigs, teddies, bodywear, hosiery, vinyl, and leather are not returnable).

COSTUMES, HOLIDAY ITEMS AND COSTUME ACCESSORIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

All Shoe Returns Must include the original shoe box. However Please DO NOT USE the shoes original Box directly as a Shipping Box to send back the Return. All Returns on High Heels and Boots are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return
  • Please allow at least 7-10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Any Package that are refused back to us by USPS or UPS will result in a 15% restocking fee.
  • All orders cancelled after Credit Card/PayPal processing will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
